How should I care for my case?
Don’t thrash it. Love it. Do NOT overstuff it. Every so often remember to wash behind the ears and your TOOLA case will keep you connected and protect your priceless information!

When will my order ship?
Generally speaking, whenever your order comes we’ll ship it out with a big smile on the next shipping day. If it comes in by 3:00PM Pacific Standard Time and it’s in stock, well, by George, we’ll ship it on that very day.

  • All in-stock items that are ordered before 3:00 P.M. PST will ship within 1 business day.
  • Custom orders please allow 3-5 business days for production prior to shipping.
  • Any orders that are placed after 3:00 P.M. PST will be processed the following business day.
  • U.S. Customers; local and state sales tax may apply.
  • Orders returned to us due to incorrect or missing address information that was entered by you (the customer) when placing the order may be reshipped but you (the customer) will be responsible for all new shipping charges. Additionally, if you choose not to have the item reshipped you will receive a refund minus all shipping and handling charges.

What shipping method do you use?
Packages are sent standard first-class mail (USPS), and should arrive within 5–7 business days.

  • Standard and Priority USPS Domestic order delivery is Monday - Saturday. Alternate delivery service schedules are determined by the carrier. We do not offer FedEx Saturday Delivery as an option.
  • All orders placed to PO Boxes or APO/FPO's will be delivered using USPS.

Can I track my package?
We don’t currently offer tracking or shipping notification, but if you’re eager to find out if your order is in transit, feel free to reply to your order confirmation email and we promise to respond in a timely manner..

How much does shipping cost?
Depends. We’ll keep our prices fair and try to stay flexible as shipping costs rise and fall. Right now, we’re under-priced current rates, so TAKE ADVANTAGE of us!

Do you ship outside of the US?
Certainly! Prices get a little higher the further away you get, but we’ll definitely work to get you a case or necklace to keep your tech protected and connected even out there on the edge of the Siberian tundra.

On all international shipments, the recipient is responsible for all Customs Duties and Taxes levied by the country of destination.

What forms of payment do you accept?
We gladly accept all major credit cards, such as Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. We also take PayPal payments. All payments are made through PayPal checkout, but you don’t need to have a PayPal account to buy from us.

Online Return And Exchange Policy

What’s your return policy?

We want you to be 100% happy with your order. If for some reason you aren’t thrilled with your TOOLA tech-wear item, you may return the item within 14 days of delivery for either a full refund of the purchase price, minus the shipping, handling or other additional charges; or you may exchange the item for another item of equal or lesser value. If the item you purchased was either defective or you received an item other than the item you purchased you will receive a full refund.

Return policy details:

The item must be returned in new unused condition, in original packaging with all paperwork, parts and accessories to ensure full credit. Please see our Return Instructions before returning your item.

You will receive a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase usually within 10-15 business days of our receiving your returned product. Delays may be experienced in the case of incomplete returns. Please note that your original shipping costs will not be refunded unless the item you purchased was either defective or you received an item other than the item you purchased .

Return Exceptions

Our return policies do not apply to all items. Non-refundable items include:

  • Custom products and products that have been personalized may not be returned or exchanged.
  • We cannot accept returns or offer refunds for any reason for products purchased through a reseller or distributor. Products not purchased directly through TOOLASTYLE.com are to be returned to the original reseller or distributor pursuant to that company’s return policy.

Return Instructions

Returning an Item by Mail

If you want to return or exchange an item, follow these steps:

  1. All products must be returned in new unused condition, in original packaging and with all paperwork, parts and accessories to ensure full credit.
  2. Contact TOOLA.com Customer Service by email to obtain your Return Authorization Number and return shipping address.
  3. Once you have obtained your Return Authorization Number you will need to print a copy of the TOOLA RMA form and follow the instructions on the form. Please remember to enter your RMA # on the form.
  4. Enclose a copy of the TOOLA RMA form in with your shipment.
  5. Pack the item securely in order to ensure safe return back to us.
  6. Ship the return package to the address indicated on the www.TOOLAstyle.com RMA form. For your protection and to ensure you can track the delivery, we recommend that you use UPS or Insured Parcel Post when returning an item.
  7. All return shipping charges must be prepaid unless the item received was defective or you received an item other than the item you ordered. We are not responsible for lost or damaged shipments. We do not accept any postage due on return shipments and we cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries. We highly recommend using a shipping method that offers package tracking.

What Does This Limited Warranty Cover? 

This limited warranty covers defects or shipping damages to tech-wear accessories which are purchased by consumers and end users from the www.TOOLAstyle.com website. This limited warranty is extended to consumers and end users only and it is not extended to wholesalers, retailers, or other resellers. 

How Long Does The Coverage Last? 

This limited warranty lasts for FOURTEEN DAYS after the date that you receive the product.  There is no limited warranty coverage after this fourteen (14) day period.

What Will TOOLA Do? 

TOOLA will allow you to return or exchange a product which is defective or which was damaged in shipping or which was not the product that you ordered.

What Does This Limited Warranty Not Cover?   

Items used in conjunction with but not sold by TOOLA (such as Bluetooth earpieces or mobile phones) and/or any TOOLA tech-wear items that have been damaged through customer use or abuse may not be returned or exchanged.  Items that are missing parts (such as connectors, magnets, snaps, beads, clasps, chains, straps or ornaments) and, additionally, etched or otherwise personalized items may not be returned or exchanged. ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES WHICH ARE REQUIRED BY FEDERAL LAW TO BE EXTENDED UNDER THIS LIMITED WARRANTY SHALL HAVE A DURATION OF ONLY SEVEN (7) DAYS AFTER YOUR RECEIPT OF THE PRODUCT.  Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of implied warranties so the above limitation may not apply to you.  ALSO, CONSEQUENTIAL AND INCIDENTAL DAMAGES ARE NOT RECOVERABLE UNDER THIS WARRANTY.  Some states do not allow the exclusion on limitation of incidental or consequential damages so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.

How Do You Get Service? 

If you return an item that is defective, not the item you ordered, or which was damaged in shipping you will receive a credit. You may then choose to purchase a replacement or receive a refund. To return or exchange an item purchased from www.TOOLAstyle.com you need to follow these steps to return it by mail. You simply need to go to www.TOOLAstyle.com and click the “Contact” page and fill out the required information. Once you have submitted the necessary information, you will be contacted by a Customer Service representative who will provide you with information on how to return or exchange the item. When you return merchandise you may have the option of receiving a credit or an exchange.

A restocking fee of $4.95 applies to any return you make, unless the item is defective, was damaged in shipping, you received the wrong item, or the fee is prohibited by law. The restocking fee will also not apply if you choose to exchange the item for another item of equal or greater value. The restocking fee when charged is only charged one time regardless of the number of items that are being returned at that specific time.

How Does State Law Apply? 

The limited warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may have other rights which vary from state to state.

Refund Method

Your refund will generally be in the same form as the original payment.

Credit Card or Debit Card: When the item was purchased with a credit card or debit card for more than $100, you will receive a refund for the purchase price less the restocking fee (when applicable). The refund will be credited back to the credit card or debit card used at the time of making the purchase within 10 business days of your return. When the item purchased is under $100 then you will receive a refund at the time of making the return for the purchase price less the restocking fee (when applicable) on the credit card or debit card used at the time you made the purchase.
